The Cowshed

The location of the property was so peaceful and quiet, it was in a beautiful setting with lovely views.

Was a nice layout loved the heating system, water pressure good, facilities were decent, had a bbq beautiful views of the night sky. It were tidy

Fantastic location . There was everything we needed for a short stay. Very comfy & warm. Loved the thoughtfulness of small things like tea/coffee/sugar & shampoo etc Spotlessly clean & fresh. Very peaceful location & nice outside seating area.

Lovely daffodils greeted us up the driveway to the Cowshed. Lovely sea and downs view. Had all the facilities we needed. Underfloor heating was fab, if a little too hot underfoot in the bathroom but who doesn't like a toasty bathroom. Great fenced area for the dog. Loved the open plan layout and all the beams. Bed comfy with a duck feather duvet. Great outdoor seating areas. Cushions were wet (but we've had so much rain lately...) we just put a bin liner on them and sat in the sun. Glorious sunset on our first night (in March..... yes). Saw a fox walk by on check out morning. Would stay again

Some of the furniture in the bedroom was tatty - like in the picture from a 2024 review - but I think this is a blanket box with a throw over it for a dog to sleep on, so that makes sense. We don't have our dog in the bedroom but we know some dog owners like that.
