Idyllic Bexhill centre flat above pub

What a fantastic place to stay. This self contained first floor flat over a local pub had everything you needed with some especially nice touches and all the amenities. It was only a couple of hundred yards from the sea front and despite my late booking was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The host was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do any more to help us and the bottled water and milk in the fridge with tea and coffee available was a lovely welcome touch. The little additions like the local book, games/ book/ dvd cupboard and the umbrella should you need it as well as a large screen tv with sky meant that there was plenty to do if the weather is poor, but it wasn’t. There were even a couple of fans to keep us cool. There was plenty of on street parking outside (free after 4pm until 10am) and a local car park nearby. It’s dog friendly as well so we will definitely be booking next time we stay in the area.

I don’t want to be picky as the property was great, but there is one flight of stairs if you struggle with them - but it’s well lit with a handrail.

Very spacious , spotlessly clean , lovely comfy bed , nice warm welcome from host , great pub below , no issues with noise . Great location for such a beautiful area , thoroughly recommend a stay in this lovely flat . Host provided us with parking permit for our stay !
