La posizione

Gli escrementi di piccioni e gli stessi piccioni che avevamo fatto il nido sui davanzali per cui non si potevano aprire le finestre del bagno e della camera da letto! Avevo letto sulle recensioni precedenti di questo problema ma dopo un anno pensavo l avessero risolto! Invece no! Arrivando ho trovato quelle finestre aperte che ho subito chiuso per la paura degli acari che portano i piccioni! Per esperienza personale so che sono pericolosi! Inoltre la mancanza di una tenda davanti alla portafinestra che impedisse che ci guardassero in casa! Difronte c è un hotel! In più la mezza giornata persa perché lo scarico della toilette non funzionava! Ci hanno mandati nell appartamento al piano di sopra x quella notte ma poi siamo rientrati nel nostro e finalmente è arrivato un signore a risolvere la situazione! E tante scuse ricevute! Mi dispiace moltissimo perché per la posizione è un ottima soluzione!

Très bien équipé, emplacement parfait.

Pas de volet complet dans le salon. Des rideaux occultant seraient nécessaires.

Proximité hyper centre ville et confort

La communication pas facile avec le propriétaire

Location is obviously very central so that was a bonus. It was easy to access the apartment via the elevator and it was relatively quiet, so overall potentially good for sleeping.

There was only AC available in the kitchen/living room, not elsewhere. So sleeping in the bedroom would have been difficult (I resorted to the living room sofa bed, but there were no proper blinds or curtains and you could hear the street noise from outside). There were wooden shutters but these could not be tied down and blew around in the wind. The local TV channels didn’t seem to work, or were only available via extra payment option. A HUGE cockroach ran across the living room floor from the window towards the kitchen on the first night. Considering the window was completely shut and the apartment was on the second floor, am not sure how it got inside or how long it had been residing there.
