Comfortable beds, cold fridge and good layout. Opening window was nice to have. Furniture was OK and clean towels.

This apartment was obviously really lovely once - hence it looks good in the photos - but it badly needs a new kitchen and bathrooms, as these are very broken with lots of wonky cupboards, bath has a hole in it, vanity units falling apart and ancients shower cubicle. Also needs a deep clean of things like the cooker hood which makes the kitchen a bit smelly and and behind the bathroom mirror. Too many dusty old silk flower arrangements and needs better occasional lighting in the upstairs bedroom and better wardrobes in the third bedroom. Shame, as the rest of it is fine. Aircon took a full day to kick in and there was no hot water in the over-bath shower downstairs. Also not great management, as none of the emergency numbers given to us worked. We needed a code to get into the front door, but this wasn’t given and we were told the concierge would let us in, but they were often away from their desk, so we got stuck outside on a few occasions.
