Location is amazing. 8 min walk to dubai mall and 5 min walk to burj Khalifa

The check in process was a bit underwhelming. As it's an apartment in a branded building the owner had to be there while you check in and we had to wait 40 mins for check in

- Mr. Hassan was great and helped us with our luggage and questions. He's a superstar, thank you very much! - Super fast check-in and check-out with no hassles at all. - Clean and tidy, no smells or issues. - Cutlery and equipment such as for cleaning, washing, drying are available. - Underground car parking. - 15 minutes walk to Dubai mall

- No early check-in even if it was 1 hour earlier, but it is fair as it is written in their rules when booking. - Car parking card didn't work, had to press the button and talk to security for both going in and out (which was strange). - Views are just of other buildings, but it wasn't important to us. - Needs a little more touches to get a 10 out of 10 such as liquid soap next to each wash basin/kitchen and complementary bottles of water, etc. - Internet Wifi signal is weak in the main bedroom and often disconnects or disappears. - Both bedroom TVs do not have cable, the smaller bedroom you could use the internet to access YouTube/Netflix,etc, however in the main bedroom, due to the weak Wifi is has nothing. You could cast to it though from your smart device - Perhaps the location has changed their access rules recently, but I had to use the key-card to go to the parking, otherwise the elevator button would not light up. When checking out, I had to go down, take my car up and park it next to the residence (the concierge team are 5 stars, top class fellows. Very respectable and friendly), go up to the room and place them on the table for the team.
