Posizione perfetta in downtown con tutte le comodita a portata. In 8 minuti si è al Burj Kalifa e al Dubai Mall. Intorno ci sono ristoranti e bar nonchè un comodo supermercato a 5 minuti. Appartmento bello spazioso e fornito di tutte le comodità. Anche la piscina molto bella e pulita. Comunicazione con Ahmad perfetta!
Davanti all'appartamento c'è un grosso cantiere (stanno tirando su 2 torri) ma i serramenti sono ottimi e non si sente il rumore.

-للأسف غرف النوم مفروشة بسجاد متسخ ومبقع
-التهوية غير جيدة لا يوجد إلا البلكونه لنفاذ الهواء
والباقي معتمدين على المكيف فالمكان رائحته مكتومه ورطبه …
- لم يوفر اي مواد لتنظيف .
