Lux BnB Standpoint Tower Burj & Fountain Views

Great Location, very convenient to get to the Mall and Burj is right in front of the building. The apartment itself was super clean and spacious. The pool is located on the 5th floor and has a nice little gym and a steam room. Couldn't have asked for more. The Host was very easy to communicate with - the deposit was returned quickly. Special thanks to Miju (host). Highly recommended.

On the positive side, the stay itself was quite pleasant. The hotel boasted excellent facilities, and the location was ideal. Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience, and the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain were simply stunning.

Firstly, despite the hotel staff communicating with me via WhatsApp, none of them made an effort to personally greet us upon arrival. Furthermore, the security personnel at the reception seemed completely unaware of the existence of the apartment within the building, leading to a lengthy and frustrating check-in process that took over an hour and a half. My interactions with Nandini, the person I had been coordinating with, were far from satisfactory. She displayed a lack of enthusiasm for her job and often failed to answer calls or respond in a professional manner. Her tone of voice often came across as lethargic and even sleepy. She consistently uses the dialogue 'I have done my part, and now you must wait.'" Additionally, locking the front door of the apartment proved to be a daunting task, as we were required to watch a tutorial video and learn the process ourselves. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience was the handling of the security deposit. The hotel collected a deposit of AED 1000 and promised to refund it within three days after check-out. However, it has been well over three days since I checked out on the 30th of July, and I am yet to receive the refund. This lack of promptness and transparency regarding the deposit has been frustrating and disappointing.
