The property offers plenty of space and is equipped with everything you need. We spent a whole afternoon enjoying the lovely garden, which is a real sun trap.
The parking is difficult. Although there is off road parking near the house, it’s difficult to find a space. We arrived in two cars, one of which found a space near the house (approx 400yards away), the other not so close, with my friend having to walk a very step hill back & forth the house. If you have very small children or mobility issues, this may be an issue.

Somersham Cottage is a 5-minute walk to the harbour in Brixham so the location was perfect for us who wanted to be close to the harbour but away from the hustle and bustle of being in the centre. The cottage was spotlessly clean and is very well equipped with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms
There is no parking dedicated to the cottage, but one of our party was able to get a space on the roadside within a 15-second walk, and the other one got a space in a local car park. This isn't a criticism but just so say that parking nearby is possible.
