Lovely accommodation, would recommend.

Little Trevio was very clean, decorated beautifully and everything you need for a home from home had been thought of. Homemade scones and shortbread were a lovely welcome gift. Parking, lovely harbour and sea views with terraces which will be lovely in the better weather. The walk out to the little lighthouse (1 mile) was lovely and we had two fantastic meals in ‘Olive’ and ‘Le Petit Maison’.

Nothing at all except the walk uphill but that’s my issue for being unfit and it was clear on the website when I booked. There is parking in the harbour or taxis and so wouldn’t let it put you off.

Big Love Little Trevio!

We absolutely loved little trevio, fantastic place, crisp and clean with a lot of attention to detail, Brixham was brilliant with so many great old skool pubs and amazing places to eat, the Prince William was probably our favourite for food, as it was consistently excellent. On the whole a fantastic holiday, oh and a big thankyou to Emily, what a host, thankyou very much.

Cosy cabin

Warm, comfortable accommodation, with everything we needed for our short stay. Extra little touches made it special and Emily was so quick to respond to any questions I had.

Lovely little apartment.

Well done up accommodation, obviously well cared for by the owner. Whilst it is not big it has been well furnished. The terrace would have been lovely if it hadn't rained for most of our visit. Out of the town and up the hill, but that does give a good view. Good to have parking. Lovely area.

The rain ( but that isn't something the owner could influence!) though some coat hooks would have been useful, it was tricky to dry them.

A great stay in an attractive, comfortable space.

Little Trevio was a delightful, compact apartment, spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The parking space was very handy and the outside space well set up with table and loungers.

Only a small point, as it was a relatively small space, we would have preferred less bits and pieces on the surfaces which would have reduced the worry of knocking things over.

Lovely little trevio

Very clean and well kitted out apartment, super comfy king size bed and a parking space. Lovely views from the gardens.

The walk up the hill was a bit strenuous but I took my time and had a few stops (looking back down over the town or listening to the owls at night) it didn't take long + fitter people would find it easy, walking down is a breeze and only takes about 7 minutes till you are in the town.

A beautifully designed, well equipped and located property, with stunning views over Brixham. A very creative, talented owner with an eye for perfection. Cream tea, homemade, on arrival and an extra touch of a homemade anniversary card! Everything you need, with views to make you smile.

Only one downside! It's on a very steep hill which was a struggle after visiting the many fabulous restaurants and pubs down in the town and quayside!!! It worked off the calories, so maybe not such a downside 😉

A little sweet escape

The property was cute and well kept. It felt like a home away from home. The host had made sure that everything was labelled and was well equipped with amenities that exceeded a hotel. We also had some scones on arrival that were absolutely delicious, we ended up getting some to take home! Host was super responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A perfect little apartment.

What a delightful apartment. Emily has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is spotlessly clean and in a central location. Emily had left scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam for us to enjoy when we arrived. What a thoughtful gesture. The outdoor area with loungers was delightful for us to just relax at the end of the day. If we’re ever in the Brixham area again, we would have no hesitation in returning.

Quiet clean modern accommodation. Apartment is comfortable well equipped plenty of storage with parking and a garden with a view of harbour from a distance. Emily is a considerate host and provides some delicious home made treats to welcome her guests.

Lovely stay at Little Trevio

We had a lovely weekend stay at Little Trevio. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and outdoor terace is great to relax at. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Close to Brixam centre, so it's an engaging holiday.

Lovely place

The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The outside space was fabulous and it was great to be able to easily use the BBQ and chiminea. Emily was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. It was easy to find, great parking space and was a quick walk to the harbour. We hope to visit again!

Wonderful stay...perfect location.

The perfect location with amazing views. The really comfortable bed and bedding. The little welcome touches such as cream and scones and cookies. Even though the apartment was cosy it had everything you could need or want.

The Accomodation Jewel in Brixham for couples!

Location was extremely close to the Harbour. The view was great with a unique 2 tier (shed and couple of chairs with table to enjoy the "highest view" and then a lower tier with 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and tables along with a Chimneo). You can tell that Emily is extremely proud of her property as it was spotless. Everything is modern with the decor reminding you are you are Brixham which is nice. Apartment is open plan with kitchen, sink, Zanussi Microwave with hob and oven. Heating is controlled by Nest and broadband is around 40/50mbps (at the time of testing) which is plenty fast enough. Bedroom is generous with storage wardrobe, drawers etc enough to keep your holiday clothes in! Plenty of soft and fluffy towels supplied, clean crisp sheets and 4 pillows. Bathroom has a small shower cubicle, Velux skylight, toilet (Macerator system which is fine) sink with a nice waterfall basin tap.

Sofa is a little tad too small along with the shower unit. But given the property size it is expected! The way up to Little Trevio could be challenging with steep hills but you'd get used to it.

Amazing experience

Little Trevio was fantastic, and the view was amazing. The host was lovely and she had thought of everything. All you need under one roof, it was a short walk to the harbour, a bit of a hilly walk on the way back. The evening was very quiet and picefull, with a very comfortable bed. It was so easy to sleep and wake up fresh the following day. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Excellent price for a weekend stay. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend.

Clean, well-presented property in a great location with a fantastic host

A great bolthole for a couple wanting to explore Brixham and the surrounding areas, and a fantastic location as only a couple of minutes walk from Brixham Quay and all the shops, bars and restaurants

The only downside is its on a steep hill but that wouldn't deter us from returning or recommending to anybody else
