Great caravan stay

Caravan was lovely and comfy with a good size bed and seating outside and just nice and peaceful no rowdy families around. Would definately stay again.

Just two little things, no bulb in the little light by the bed, had to swap the bulb from the twin bedroom and the tv in the master room didn't work, had to swap batteries too and then it came on, but nothing that couldn't be fixed.

Disappointing

Lovely holiday park resort, quiet despite being busy. It's a great location with an easy walk to get to arcades, fair and beach. Enjoyed sitting out on the varanda in the sunshine.

Caravan it's self wasn't that that clean and it is tired. The curtains were broken off their runners in places, the mattress protector in the main bedroom was wet on our arrival and when dry there was a large patch stained yellow. The tv annoyingly had advertisements popping up on the screen even when playing dvds. The caravan has a noticable urine smell to it so I had to go out and buy plug in air fresheners which helped, and luckily the weather was nice so we were out a fair bit and when we were in, we could have doors and windows open.

Fabulous park home, quiet location and perfect weekend away.

The caravan was lovely, great facilities and nice and clean. It had everything we needed and our weekend was so lovely, a little haven for us and the dog!

The only issue we had were the seagulls in the morning from around 4.30am. Of course their noise is unavoidable, but our park home didn’t have spikes like some of the others so the bird slid heavily and run up and down the caravan which was noisy and disturbed the dog. I think I’d those could be added to keep them off the roof it would be totally perfect.

Clean caravan on well kept site but maintenance issues impacted our very short stay.

Caravan site well laid out with good pitches although we were some way from the entrance which may be worth noting.We had to drive everywhere with my 91 year old Mother. Caravan was clean on arrival with nice kitchen area that had all the utensils,pots, pans, crockery you needed. Good outside decking area

Lack of basics such as toilet roll, washing up liquid and of course Wi-Fi which is a must these days.etc…it’s a long time since I’ve been in a place where these were not part of the package. Disappointed with some maintenance issues as we were only there for 2 nights. Firstly discovered that the remote control for the TV didn’t work at 8pm on the first night so we lost a nights viewing. Grill fell off and caught one of the guests…this was clearly already damaged as was the leaking tap in the kitchen sink. PAT testing needs to be checked in bedroom 2. We chose not to spend our very short time in the caravan arranging maintenance calls but it did detract from our enjoyment. A more thorough check of all equipment is needed for future guests.

Great location loads of space everything you need.

Rubbish left in the outdoor table lodged in the hole....hob door fell off....slight smell in main dining area.
