Il fatto che la camera fosse in una struttura condominiale ben tenuta con ascensore.
La presenza di accessori ome sedie, tavolini, sistemati in spazi fuori dalla camera, ma questo non vuol essere un giudizio decisivo.

Zacznę od kontaktu z właścicielem, który był bardzo dobry. Wylądowałam na lotnisku wcześniej i mimo, że doba hotelowa rozpoczynała się o 15 to po dopytaniu udało nam się odebrać klucze wcześnie. Przez cały pobyt czułam się jak u siebie. W dniu wyjazdu też wylot powrotny do kraju miałam późno wieczorem i też mogłam zostać chociaż 1,5h dłużej. Dało mi to dużo na cały dzień pięknej pogody.
Sam Pokój był wyposażony we wszystko co sprawiło, że pobyt upłynął mi bardzo dobrze. Było czysto i pachnąco. Typowo włoskie śniadanie w pobliskiej kawiarni było wyśmienite. Wybierając się jeszcze raz do Pescary chętnie powrócę do tego obiektu.
