This location is really nice price-quality option.
Its close to infrastructure, city centre, main station.
Our room was really spacious and clean.
Host was a nice and friendly lady who speaks italian only, so you need to be a bit prepared to it. But she is really willing to help whatever you may need.
Tax is 2,50 eur per night that you pay on arrival in cash.
Room is getting cold at night, so you need to put +30 Celsium degree on your air condition in winter-early srping.
As long as it an old building you need to wait at least couple of minutes to get hot water from a shower.
Shared kitchen is clean the same as the other public areas.

it was easy to get in and out of the property. The room was spacious.
Before arriving, I received an email from the hostess to let HER know if we had any issues BEFORE we wrote a bad review. That immediately raised our suspicion. This is a SHARED apartment. You rent a room in a private apartment. The areas are clean, but the kitchen was not. It was hard to do the dishes because the sponge was dirty. The bathroom mat was dirty. The shelf in the bathroom hung by a thread, and the room was rundown. And we got to play mom and dad to a young lady who was unable to wake up to her alarm after half an hour.
