The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location. It is very close to the train station, the city centre and the beach, which made it very convenient for us.
The breakfast was simple but nice. We received vouchers for a café close to the accommodation, where we could have a croissant and a coffee, and we were happy with that.
The room was okay, but it could have been better maintained. There was a little mould on the walls, and we noticed some water leaking behind the toilet in the bathroom. These were not major problems during our stay, but they were still small disadvantages.

Il ragazzo che gestiva l’appartamento è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita e accogliente e in una posizione veramente comoda e centrale. A disposizione c’è una cucina per poter mangiare anche in appartamento. Inoltre, la colazione al bar è proprio una chicca!

The location is very good, it is walkable from the station and pretty close to the beach. The room was very clean
They have a tricky system to get inside (three doors with fancy codes to dial), make sure you learned how to use it, especially for late comebacks. But the worst thing was wifi, it just didn't work in our room. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp and proposed that we would go to the common area when necessary. This was a huge problem for me as I had some scheduled video calls and, hence, had to use my mobile internet connection (relatively expensive and slow)
