Breakfast wasn’t very great.

Unlike any B @ B I've ever stated in, but nothing wrong with that. Great location and the room was clean and modern. Was pleasantly surprised.

The owner was a nice man, but advance communication would have helped, as I didn't have the access code to the building, so had to stand in the rain whilst talking on the phone. Small things are important

The rooftop terrace is beautiful, the room is modern, and having a balcony is a nice bonus. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming

Unfortunately, the shower drained very slowly, which made it impossible to avoid water flooding the entire bathroom. The balcony is shared with the neighbor, which limits privacy.

Breakfast was basic - croissants and coffee, juice and yogurt

I insisted on getting wifi info in advance as well as the entry code, since we didn't have any phone access. We were able to get into the building and found the key, but unable to access the room. Without wifi, we would not have been able to find the door code. Communication not too timely, unfortunately and we had to take cold showers since we couldn't figure out the "trick" for hot water (the response came late at night)
