Very central location, few minutes walking from the central railway station as well as city center and beach.
The room was spacious and had all necessary amenities.
The staff is not 24h onsite, but just few hours in the morning for room service and few hours in the afternoon for check-ins. Read the check-in instructions carefully as check-in outside of their standard hours will incur an extra charge. We did not find check out instructions, so we left the keys at the entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent and very convenient. Everything was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The place felt cozy and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast provided was a lovely and thoughtful touch. We highly recommend this place!😊

Lovely central location and the accommodation was very nice! The host was lovely and the breakfast was really nice ;) i definitely recommended to stay here if you’re in pescara.

Location is in the city center, close to the beach, host was straightforward and it was not that hard to communicate
Smell of the room and mattress , noise from the construction above, breakfast was like some kind of snack, not really a breakfast, price for this apartment is in my opinion too much for what it gives. WIFI in our room was unusable and TV is very old
