Overrated with wrong description: It is 1 or 2-star studio!

Location and pool

This property is definitely overrated on Booking.com. it was rated above 8 at the time of our booking! However, our experience was contrary to that! First of all, despite description on booking.com, it was not a one-bedroom apartment! It was an studio. :( this was our first surprise and source of frustration! Second, it is not a 4 star place! Most facilities, for example canape and bathroom, were old, low quality and even dirty. We expected a completely different place with the rating on booking.com and price we paid!

If traveling 2-3 persons to stay near Dubai Marina beach- the price is ok compared to other variants.

Good big bed for 2, medium sofa for 1adult/2 children. Hot water. Good balcony. Public Swimming pool with warm water. Self check in. Free parking place. It was Clean inside apartment.

Matras was broken (with a hole). When another matras was brought to us by staff- it was also broken (with a hole). So the staff isn’t ready to meet 5 persons. I was told that I paid small money by the staff - it was the explanation about broken matras. For 2-3 persons it would be enough place. For a families with 3 children in one room with adults- not good idea. Its on the 3d floor. Balcony is under parking. At about 4am some car arrived (brought products to grocery store) at the parking and made noise more the 1 hour. I slept bad there.

Мръсно и неприветливо, с пълзящи хлебарки, много шумно място.

Хареса ми само комуникацията при обслужването. И локацията на апартамента.

Много мръсно, много шумно- над паркинг и склад на супермаркет. Зареждаха магазина от сутринта в 4ч и блъскане и тропане. Много лоша изолация, не се затваряха прозорците, много мръсна кухня и баня, пълзящи хлебарки. Неудобно легло и възглавници. Само обслужването по Whats app беше отлично.

отличное расположение, классный вид

Номер оправдал ожидания. СОответствует своей цене. Тесновато для 5 человек, но мы это знали. Но с трудом нашли адрес. Таксист блуждал, по указанному телефону звонили, не ответил. Написали, скинули локацию. Отличный район, супермаркет рядом. Отлично для транзита, мы должны были сесть на лайнер на следующий день. Недорого для этого района. Вид из балкона классный. Хорошо отдохнули и восторг от вида у наших друзей был классный.

Адрес таксист еле нашел.
