Great convenient flat in a fantastic location in the Marina with a gracious host.

Great convenient flat in a fantastic location in the Marina and there is a supermarket and pharmacy right downstairs. Gracious and helpful host who I could easily contact and made moving in very simple.

The sliding door on the main balcony was off it's rails when we came in and difficult to open and close. Otherwise no complaints.

The property needs to be advertised correctly and the description needs to reflect what the buyer is paying for

It wasn’t the property in the photos nor the location it dosent even have a marina view even though there is one in every window of the rooms in the photo I was told it had been changed to another property when i checked in because of new government licensing rules. I live in Dubai and I rent properties for a living there is no new licensing laws and booking advised there was no other property listed by the owner so beware it is not as listed !!

It wasn’t the property listed and i wasn’t informed of any change. We couldn’t check in till 3am because of flights times and we had to pay for one night stay even though this was not the property in the listing. If I would of known in advance I would of cancelled the booking and stayed somewhere else

Everything was nice starting the welcoming and the apartment was very clean when we reached. They provided us with all the required utensils. We went to the pool also there so everything was worth full price for us

Location was great

Apartment was not the one shown in pictures. No dining table. Smaller rooms. One balcony full of laundry. Sheets not clean no toilet rolls, tea or coffee or water for arrival. AC not working properly.

Comfy family stay

The apartment is very comfortable with extra duvets pillows and towels. Sofa was also big enough to sleep alongside the extra large bed and twin beds.The decor and balcolony is as per the photos. Everything was very clean and work and amenities are as described. There is a lovely bakery next door and mini markets. Behind the building is marina walk which takes you all the way to JBR. Beautiful views days and night. Was a shame there was dubai dust stuck to the windows but the balcony still gave enough view. The rooftop pool looked good but we didn't get chance to try it out, brilliant views. We would book this apartment again.

Perfect getaway

Billiards! Yes, they managed to fit one in the living room! They have a complete working kitchen. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Bedrooms are amazing. The view is awesome!

The swimming pool is so-so. A little deep cleaning here and there will make this a perfect getaway in the city.

The apartment was so neat and clean. I was so comfortable and at ease .The views were also beautiful. Nothing was better than being able to sleep in a comfortable space with a beautiful view.

Great apartment

The location of this apartment was absolutely ideal, it is right on the marina. I stayed for 2 weeks with my family and we had the best time, there is a pool and gym in the complex which was so handy. Balcony is so nice and the master bedroom is so spacious. Really recommend it! The staff were so lovely and Paullo was very responsive with any queries we had.

the location is great, the apartment is lovely and modern, host was really friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. perfect for a small group of friends

there is a mosque outside the apartment which has announcements/prayers at varying times (e.g 5:30am). just take some ear plugs and you’ll be fine, I was.
