Need for improvement on room smartness.

Accessibility of the place from the train. It's not far, a good walking distance.

My room is not so clean, under the bed has not been swept for a very long time. Linen has not been changed since my whole stay.

My stay in general after my arrival was fine. If i didn't want to come back too late in the evening from the reason

It was good to have a clothes dryer. I appreciated it because it saved time and was useful.

About cleaning inside my room: wasn’t really clean specifically the floor and so many ants on the floor. I found hair inside the bed About location : I wasn’t feel safe if I was outside night time can hear always people fighting and shouting. Difficult to carrying my suit case because inside city there is construction around so was difficult some area to access until building.

Feedback for Potential improvement

The property is well located and near to the public transport. The walls are clean.

The host was not friendly, only gave me access code two days later. I had to find alternative accommodation for two days. Upto now, has not responded to my request for compensation for two days I didn't have access to the property despite having committed security deposit of Euro 250 and having paid accommodation in full for 14 nights.

Séjour apaisant et relaxant

J'ai l'emplacement à 10 minutes de la gare plusieurs supermarchés, pharmacies et boutiques à proximité. Les photos reflètent la réalité. Et surtout le départ tardif

La difficulté d'être reçu par téléphone et la serrure de la porte de la chambre bloquée à tout moment ce qui me mettait souvent en retard le matin.

FUYEZ! c'est une escroquerie ce taudis !

UN SCANDALE ! Typiquement une escroquerie: les photos générées par l'IA n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité/ la porte d'entrée minable très abîmée avec un gros trou ( pour faire passer quoi?....) et on a osé nous dire que c'était pour aérer l'entrée ("LOL" !), une caution de 250 € alors que personne n'est présent pour le check in !!!! Et un environnement glauque...Voilà ce qu'on a trouvé et qui nous a fait partir en courant. Résulat: 263 € perdus, pas un geste professionnel ni commercial par les responsables de ce TAUDIS. Fuyez ! ne réservez pas c'est scandaleux

C'était pas très cher

Aucun effort de la part des propriétaires Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que la coloc soit bien, et ce pas grand chose serait un minimum d'attention et d'investissement (par exemple, des couverts pour manger ou un balai pour que l'on puisse balayer) Un détecteur de fumée serait plaisant dans l'optique de ne pas décéder. Vraiment, il ne faut pas des investissements importants, la coloc n'est pas abîmée mais minimum d'entretien (ménage des parties communes, équipements de base et entretien minimal (débouchage à tout hasard) de la plomberie) permettrait de l'améliorer très significativement.
