The room is clean and separate and has a shower but the bathroom is shared with two other rooms. The staff is good and takes the initiative to help and respond to messages.

Some of the facilities listed on Booking are not available in reality, for example, the iron.

The apartment and room are in very bad condition with the appliances like TV nit working and the furniture in bad condition. Use if AI is in photos since actual photos no resemble to. the place .

Location was good. Room relatively clean.

Room was ohk but no windows, ventilation. I don't think room service was provided eg just one tissue roll. In addition I was not aware I had to share with other unknown people. The toilet was shared which was most in inconvenient. Getting into building was not easy.

Die Reservierung in Werbung ist in Hostel nicht in Wohnung, keine Shild

Ich habe ein Zimmer reserviert, in Werbung steht ein Hotel oder Hostel aber ees ist eine Wohnung , ich habe 4 Stunden gesucht und nicht gefunden, leider keine Internet habe , deswegen verbracht am 21 in Genen Hauptbahnhof, später habe ich ein Gmail gefunden dass ich den Schlüssel der Wohnung in Eier Straße abholen muss ,es ist sehr kompliziert

Prolazan objekat, stan sa tri sobe i zajedničkim kupatilom i WC-om, Čistoća objekta i sadržaji su OK. Potrebno je prije bookinranja staviti sve informacije da se možete lakše opredjeliti za objekat. Posebno kada su depoziti u pitanju. Bez položenog depozita sa nejasnim kriterijima (vi morate uplatiti depozit od 2560 eura, a kada provjere da je sve u redu sa sobom, tek nakon sedam dana od dana odlaska vam vraćaju novac. Pregled sobe se vrši po napuštanju a depozit odmah vraća. Sve drugo može biti slobodna procjena vlasnika objekta.

Za nekoga ko prvi put dolazi u Annemasse, nije jednostavno tražiti lokaciju sa kutijicama za ključ kako bi ušli u objekat. Trebalo bi to promijeniti. Za pet dana boravka daju jedan peškir. To bi trebalo mijenjati. Bez ušplaćenog depozita ne salju Vam instrukcije za ulazak u obkjekat bez obzira koji je period kada ste došli. Kasno navečer, kiša, nepoznat grad,...

Bon séjour pour quelques jours

Le lieu était propre, l'aménagement était adapté et conforme aux photos avec des lieux de rangement intéressants pour ceux qui restent longtemps. Le lieu est bien situé ce qui est très avantageux étant donné les travaux omniprésents dans la ville.

Le mode de récupération des clés est peu pratique quand on arrive de nuit et qu'on part de nuit (j'ai croisé un rat dans la rue du coup...) Il serait souhaitable d'avoir quelques consommables supplémentaires comme du savon et produit de ménage éventuellement (lingettes etc)

Expérience décevante et inconfortable, je ne recommande absolument pas.

Honnêtement, pas grand-chose si ce n’est l’idée de départ : le concept de colocation haut de gamme aurait pu être intéressant… sur le papier.

Beaucoup de points négatifs : des odeurs nauséabondes persistantes dans les parties communes (cuisine, salle de bain), mauvaise aération, prises électriques non fonctionnelles, hygiène très limite, propreté non respectée par certains colocataires, mot de passe wifi erroné sur l’affiche de la porte d’entrée…, vaisselle qui traîne, nuisances sonores (musique à fond par les voisins d’en haut), gestion quasi inexistante. Le soi-disant “haut de gamme” est en réalité très surfait. Extrêmement déçu par le décalage entre les photos très flatteuses et la réalité sur place.

Je déconseille car trop cher pour ce que c’est

Les draps et housse taie d’oreiller n’ont pas été changé, pas de savon, pas gel douche, pas de drap, housse taie d’oreiller, etc de rechange. Ce n’est qu’après le paiement que l’on sait qu’il n’y a de place de parking donc 30€ de frais de parking

Odeur désagréable dans la chambre, sol pas propre état de l’appartement vraiment à revoir , je ne réserverai plus jamais !
