موقع الفندق سيئ للغايه و قيمة التأمين مبالغ فيها تماماً و تفاجأة به و طريقة الدخول مختلفه عن باقي الفنادق الأخرى كأنني سارق و ليس سائح

1. Очень сложно найти ключ от квартиры.
2 грязное постельное белье. Арендодатель не решает этот вопрос. Единственное его предложение открыть шкаф для персонала и взять белье от туда. Но там оно тоже грязное! Но он после моих аргументов, начал утверждать, что оно просто не сложенное:) фото приложу. Это просто отсутствие клиентоориентированности.
3. Квартира не соответствует фотографиям. Очень старый ремонт, грязная.
4. От метро очень далеко.
5. Будьте готовы, что с вас снимут не только депозит 800 евро (там нет ни единой вещи за такую стоимость), но и комиссию в 15 евро. Это конечно развод полный! После моих претензий мне вернули все!
6. Ну и вишенка на торте! Я забыла в квартире кольцо и зарядку от зубной щетки. Написала ему. Но он ответил, что нашел только зарядку :) мы договорились с ним там встретиться, но когда я была на месте, он мне сказал, что все посмотрел и нашел только зарядку! Хотя у меня есть видео (когда я уезжала я сделала обзор квартиры) и кольцо там было. Но при этом в квартиру для поиска кольца так и не пустил. Делайте выводы.
Рекомендую искать другие варианты, но в этой квартире проводить отпуск не стоит!
1. It is very difficult to find the key to the apartment.
2 dirty bed linen. The landlord does not resolve this issue. His only suggestion was to open the staff closet and take the laundry from there. But it's dirty there too! But after my arguments, he began to claim that it was just not folded :) I'll attach a photo. It's just a lack of customer focus.
3. The apartment does not match the photos. Very old renovation, dirty.
4. It's very far from the subway.
5. Be prepared that you will be charged not only a deposit of 800 euros (there is not a single thing for that price), but also a commission of 15 euros. This is of course a complete divorce! After my claims, I got everything back!
6. What a cherry on the cake! I left my ring and toothbrush charger in the apartment. I wrote to him.

J'aurai dû lire en amont que la caution était retirer des le premier jour ça m'aurait éviter des surprises. En effet il ne s'agit pas d'une simple empreinte bancaire mais d'un paiement que vous allez effectué qui sera restitué après si bien sûr vous n'avez rien cassé.
