The apartment was not ready when we arrived (after the chevk in time (4pm) the self check in key box was empty) and it was not possible to get in touch with the owner - he was not replying my messages and finally when he picked up the phone I was told that he is at work and can not deal with me right now and he told me to wait until someone gets back to me which did not happen so I had to call him again and again and it was really annoying after 10 hours drive... Also the apartment did not match the pictures advertised here and the equipment was really poor as well as the apartment was not clean and even though it was supposed to be non smoking apartment the place smelled like cigarettes..

Very good

Very clean apartment, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The owner is very kind and getting the keys was not difficult at all. Wonderful private parking.

Don't be scared about the smell in the hall, the apartment is on the second floor and it's very clean!

Location was fine but difficult to find

The apartment is very tired and needs updating. The worktops are worn and discoloured, the chairs around the table are lose and falling apart and dangerous to sit on

L’appartement ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées sur le site. Dès notre arrivée (vendredi soir), nous avons constaté que le logement était mal entretenu : certaines prises électriques sortent du mur, la propreté laisse à désirer et l’équipement est vétuste. Nous avons pu prendre une seule douche chaude, puis plus d’eau chaude du tout pour le reste du séjour. J’ai contacté le propriétaire, qui m’a simplement répondu qu’il fallait remettre le ballon d’eau chaude en marche manuellement et qu’on aurait de l’eau chaude le lendemain matin… Pas très normal de devoir gérer cela en tant que locataires. De plus, le chauffage du salon ne fonctionnait pas, et il faisait très froid dans l’appartement. Nous avons donc décidé de partir dans la nuit de samedi, car les conditions étaient vraiment inconfortables. Concernant la salle de bain, l’annonce indique qu’il y a une baignoire, mais il est impossible de prendre un bain : l’eau était froide et il n’y a même pas de bouchon pour la baignoire. Quant au parking sécurisé mentionné, il est impossible de se garer, car il n’y a aucune place disponible. Le seul point positif reste l’emplacement, à environ 20 minutes de Genève en voiture.
