Great location but disappointing owners/management company

Location was excellent for getting the tram into Geneva as well as some bars and restaurants a short walk away

Shower leaked, lack of toilet rolls provided, towels and bed sheets were washed but drying (and still very wet). Communication with the property owners wasn’t great I.e they didn’t try and solve the problems during our stay.

This place has issues-I do not recommend it.

This apartment has some serious issues. It is functional and we liked the location, near to a walking path that went all the way to Geneva. The balcony was nice.

The shower temperature was scalding hot (we know how to work this sort of shower and the temperature could not be adjusted downward). We messaged the host immediately and only got auto-messages back about checkout and such; the shower issue was never even acknowledged-it felt like we were dealing with a pre-programmed robot. We were never able to take a shower during our entire stay. There was also only one partial roll of toilet paper, only 3 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days, no sharp knife (only butter knives), and no wine key.

The proximity to Geneva

To start, the service was extremely poor. Everything in the apartment was cheap quality. There were doors to the bedroom and bathroom that did not close properly and the shower doors did not shut. The kitchen supplies were inadequate. For instance, there was no kitchen knife, inadequate dish soap, dirty pots, pans and utensils. There were no lids for any of the pans, and the trash container did not open when you pushed with your foot The worst gadget that we came across was a makeshift corkscrew — an actual screw inserted into a cork!! For three guests staying four nights there was only a half roll of toilet paper. The bath towels were dingy and frayed, and there were scuff marks everywhere in the front room. There was no way to regulate the extremely hot water and no way to regulate heat in the apartment. The sofa bed in the front room. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. besides that it looked like it needed a good cleaning. The staff was non responsive to our communication to them during the entire stay. The reviews do not reflect the poor quality of this apartment.
