A delightful stay overall.

Liked kitchen and eating in; liked proximity to Old Town; liked proximity to Friday market. Very much appreciated warm welcome and generosity of hosts who both went out of their way to meet our needs and facilitate our stay. Great bathroom and shower.

Stairs. Lack of suitcase racks. Day bed in living room would require a reading lamp. A toaster in kitchen would be appreciated by North American visitors. Curtains that darken room for sleeping in living room would be very helpful.

Great apartment close to the beach

It was a perfect apartment for our 4 night stay in Ventimiglia. Great communication from hosts prior to arrival. Warmly greeted by Valter. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to the beach.

Fantastic apartment, lovely place to stay.

This is a beautiful apartment near the old town, the hosts have really considered all requirements of the guests, the decor and finishing touches are great. The welcome bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch.

Beautiful Apt with amazing hosts

Perfect location in Old Town, close to restaurants & key sights. Apartment was beautiful with everything possible including. coffee, snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc. Host Lauren & Valter speak several languages and are so friendly and supportive in every way possible. Highly recommend and I will return.

Excellent apartment for a great stay in Ventimiglia.

It was very comfortable and perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was clean and a great location. Lauren and Valter were very welcoming!

Viaggio a Ventimiglia

Appartamento situato in un palazzo storico del centro, arredato molto elegantemente e con tutti i confort che ti fa sentire come a casa tua! La sua posizione e strategica sia per la visita dei monumenti principali che delle attività commerciali. In zona adiacente esiste la possibilità del parcheggio gratuito senza disco orario che lo ritenuto molto importante! Ma in primis voglio mettere in evidenza l'hosting Il gentilissimo Valter che fin da l'inizio ci è stato di supporto con consigli utili e preziosi per la nostra permanenza . A contorno della nostra permanenza a "casa verde" un gradito pensiero, un gesto molto carino da parte dell'Hosting!!

Juste FABULEUX!

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, proximité de tous commerces, de parkings, de la plage et du port; L'accueil du propriétaire est plus que parfait : toujours à disposition pour des conseils pour nos visites, restaurants..... Des petites attentions à notre arrivée bien appréciées!! Un magnifique appartement bien décoré et agencé ou il ne manque rien! Il a été idéal pour notre famille de 4; C'est certain nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!

sehr netter Vermieter, hilfsbereit und immer auch über WhatsApp erreichbar. Große Matratze, auch für 2m Körpergröße super. Öffentlicher, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe (ca. 100m entfernt). Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Strand.

Heerlijk verblijf in een mooi appartement.

Een mooi appartement, nieuw, comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. Goed bed ook voor langere mensen. Aan alles is gedacht, voldoende borden, bestek, glazen etc. als je zelf wilt koken. Dat hebben wij niet gedaan omdat er voldoende leuke restaurantjes in de buurt zijn. Er stond een fles prosecco klaar en er is koffie en thee. Valter, de eigenaar helpt met alles wat er nodig is, bijvoorbeeld tips voor een restaurant of het bellen van een taxi.

Het appartement ligt vlak tegen de mooie oude stad aan. Dat is een prettige locatie want de oude stad heeft veel meer charme dan de nieuwe aan de andere kant van de rivier. Alleen een weg oversteken en dan klimmen! Dit is wel een drukke weg. ‘s Nachts valt het verkeer wel mee maar als je licht slaapt is het goed om oordopjes mee te nemen, dan heb je er geen last van.
