Great location, central, quiet, cosy, spacious. Good for holidays (but not if you need an invoice).

All information was comprehensive and the stay was comfortable (spacious flat, great and spacious common area, elegantly furnished).

From the beginning, I had trouble getting in touch with the host. We needed an invoice for the employer (which we never received). I wrote in English and German, my colleague called the company to ask for an invoice on our behalf as well. The host promised to issue one if we emailed the company. I sent three emails. I never received an invoice and also no one from the property responded to any of my questions via booking.com.

Nicht noch mal !!

Zwei von drei Schlafzimmern waren nicht nutzbar da sie von Schimmel befallen waren. Im Badezimmer hing eine Steckdose aus der Wand sodass man nur unter äußerster Vorsicht duschen konnte. Deswegen einen Tag früher abgereist. Küche und Wohnzimmer soweit OK.

Innen hui, jedoch einige Tücken

Nette Einrichtung, Altbaucharme. Das nötigste ist bereits vorhanden (z.B. Mülltüten oder Spülmittel). Größtenteils sauber und ordentlich. Handtücher werden gestellt. Hübscher Essbereich. Entfernung zur Einkaufsmeile und Innenstadt super.

Foto in der Beschreibung suggeriert Blick auf den Hafen - Fehlanzeige. Man schaut auf das angrenzende Parkhaus und ein unattraktives Hotel. Zudem raucht die Putzkollone des Hotels unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster, unterhält sich morgens vor 7 Uhr lautstark und beschallt den Innenhof. Nachts sehr hell in allen Zimmern, da keine Rollos und Beleuchtung von außen. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden - man muss das teure Parkhaus nutzen. In der Beschreibung steht, dass man das komplette Erdgeschoss nutzt - Fehlinformation! Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock über einem Pub. Entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Für fast 2000 Euro für eine Woche erwarte ich nächtliche Erholung.

Wunderschöne geräumige Altbauwohnung in bester Lage an der Fördespitze

Die Wohnung fanden wir super schön! Bot genug Platz für unser Familientreffen. Sogar am großen Esstisch für ein gemeinsames Abendessen für uns 4 Wohnungsgäste + unseren Sohn mit Freundin aus Flensburg.

Wir als Familie konnten mit allem Folgenden umgehen. Trotzdem ein paar winzige AAAABERs: Bei Belegung mit 6 Personen könnte nur ein Badezimmer mit separat 1 WC als nicht ausreichend empfunden werden. Schlichte Wohnungstür mit Klinke auch von außen ... etwas befremdlich. Nur ein Wohnungs-/Hausschlüssel.

Vi var alle fem meget tilfredse med stedet både beliggenhed og indtetning, manglerne var til at overse.

God beliggenhed, rent, behageligt, god indretning til vores behov.

Svært at styre graderne på vandet. Forskellige køkkenting manglede fx brødkniv, osteskærer, teskeer mm Kaffemaskinen var lidt vanskelig at betjene. Filteret løb over. Meget glat på badeværelsesgulvet og i badekaret. I beskrivelsen af, hvordan man kommer ind med nøgle, står der, at det lille nøgleskab er til venste. Det er jo til højre, når man kommer udefra. Skabte lidt forvirring.

Optimal für bis zu 6 Personen, sehr zentral gelegen aber trotzdem ruhig.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist somit optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden, zudem verfügt sie neben einem Wohn/Esszimmer über 3 Schlafzimmer welche jeweils mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet sind.

Leider gibt es keinen eigenen Parkplatz, hierauf wird aber hingewiesen. Direkt nebenan gibt es jedoch ein Parkhaus, auf dessen Wand man vom Wohnzimmer aus schaut. Das Bild vom Hafen in der Beschreibung wurde aus einer anderen Wohnung aufgenommen, schade wäre ein toller Ausblick für Silvester gewesen. Achtung Werbung. Wer mit dem Auto für mehrere Tage anreist sollte sich eventuell die P Card anschauen, dadurch wird das Parken unkomplizierter und billiger (hoffe ich).
