    Great location and near most of attraction. It located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Consider physical strength to move luggages and climb the stairs.

    This hotel has the best place in Florence…everything is walkable from here. Staff, Boba is very accommodating. Breakfast is great! They provide soda and beer in the room for free :-) Rooms are big and well equipped with very nice bed and sheets. The only downside of the place is that it doesn’t have elevator. Aside from that, everything is awesome!!! Thank you so much!!!

    Central location and convenient to most of places. However, we did have a lot problem with carrying our two medium-size luggage to 3rd floor since there is no elevator. The staffs were extremely nice and helpful. And, it is pleasant surprise that there are many items available at minibar. Great place to stay if we did not have luggage.
