About this cottage rental
The Paloma vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the thatched-roof house and is ideal for 2 people. Its open and airy atmosphere immediately puts you in a vacation mood. In the spacious living room, you’ll find a kitchenette with a stovetop and refrigerator, a dining table, and a cozy seating area in front of the TV. The double bed (180x200) is situated slightly apart, next to the space-saving staircase. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The large terrace opening onto the garden, complete with seating areas and a parasol, invites you to linger.
A gas grill and the sunbathing lawn with lounge chairs are available to all guests.
A washing machine in the outbuilding can be used for a fee.
The Kestermann Vacation Farm on Usedom is located in the heart of the village of Neppermin on the Achterwasser. The farmstead has been lovingly designed with an eye for detail for the guests of the vacation apartments and the farm café. On the property, there are 4 apartments in the thatched-roof, half-timbered house. Right next door, the farm café, located in the former barn, invites guests to enjoy homemade cakes and delicious meals. All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The two vacation apartments on the first floor each accommodate 4 people and feature their own terrace. The vacation apartments on the upper floor accommodate 2 or 4 people, respectively, and feature a large seating area in the garden under the walnut tree where guests can relax.
All guests are welcome to use the garden and the grill.
NEW starting in May 2026: a sports field for our guests. Fun for all ages, featuring a goal wall, professional dartboard, table tennis, and a bocce court. To catch your breath, there’s a seating area under shady chestnut trees.
In the romantic setting of the three-sided courtyard, amidst the lush greenery of the garden, bread is baked once a week in a traditional stone oven. Watching and participating are expressly encouraged and offer a welcome change of pace from swimming, hiking, biking, and golfing in and around the Achterwasser at
