This comfortable 4-bedroom villa is strategically located in the beautiful medieval village of Groppo (altitude 450 m/sea), ten minutes by car from Sesta Godano (shops, restaurants, pharmacy, public pool), twenty from Brugnato (huge shopping/outlet center, highway exit, more restaurants), and 40 from Cinque Terre ( for instance Levanto ), Daeva Marina, Sestri Levante or La Spezia. Many destinations such as Lerice, La Spezia, Sarzana, Carrara, Tuscany beaches or Pietrasanta are an hour or less away, making the villa an ideal and restful holiday base. Additionally, Night Galleria Liguria is perfectly located not only for exploring Cinqueterre, but also for discovering Ligurias' (and northern Tuscanys') other delights, such as trekking, biking, rafting, forest walks, fantastic local food and wine, olive groves, and much more. Ten minutes on foot from the villa there is also a hidden waterfall which is ideal for a refreshing dip!

Every one of the villas' four bedrooms offers a spectacular view and has a double bed as well as AC and its' own bath or shower (+ its' own toilet, of course). One bedroom comes with its' own 10 m² covered terrace, while two others feature south-oriented balconies offering a fantastic view over the valley and surrounding hills. The traditional (but well-equiped) kitchen leads into a panoramic veranda with a dining table for eight, and then into a spacious terrace ideal for evening BBQs. In winter the house features central heating and a wood-burning kitchen stove.
