Pleasant apartment with beautiful sea view, just 6 km from Moneglia and 12 km from Sestri Levante. The apartment is on 2 floors, the bedrooms are on the second floor. Ideal location for exploring the beautiful bays of Moneglia, the nearby Vara Valley (first European municipality with environmental certification) and the wide sandy beaches of Fairy Bay and the Bay of Tranquility in Sestri Levante. 37 km the fashionable Santa Margherita Ligure, 42 km the picturesque Portofino. Ferries from Sestri Levante and Santa Margherita Ligure to the Cinque Terre area (42 km Monterosso, 44 km Camogli and San Fruttuoso with its beautiful Benedictine monastery and bronze statue of Christ on the bottom of the sea - a diver's paradise). A tip for art lovers: 56 km Genoa with its magnificent palaces of the Rolli, UNESCO World Heritage Site. 3 km away as the crow flies is a highway. Super séjour d’une semaine, en famille. L’autoroute qui passe juste en dessous est bruyante, dommage ! La maison, son environnement etc. Très bien 👍🏻 L’accès à la plage publique de Moneglia très appréciable 😁 attention, les lits annoncés en 135x190 sont en fait en 160 ! C’est top, mais il faut des draps adéquate !
