From the house there are paths that cross the surrounding forest, from where you can reach the characteristic valley of the Frascarese torrent with its caves, refuges and nature trails and from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the valley on the coast. Instead, follow the route that leads to Monte Pu and immerse yourself completely in nature, surrounded by meadows and woods equipped for snacks and picnics. Excursions that can be undertaken on foot, by bike or on horseback. There is a riding school just a few metres from the house. Near the house: communal outdoor pool, children's playground, tennis court, football pitch, adventure park, the medieval and organic village of Varese Ligure, the rural villages, the educational farm and several farms to taste the typical local products. Also worth a visit are the craft workshops of Chiavari and Sestri Levante, the antiques market, the flea market, the restaurants and trattorias where you can try farinata (a typical Ligurian dish made from chickpea flour) and pesto. The long beaches that characterise the coast are easily accessible from the promenade with its attractions for children, ice cream parlours and waterfront amusement park and beach volleyball courts. The house consists of two apartments that are not connected internally.
