Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry area, Smart TV, and free high-speed WiFi.
Outdoor features include a private backyard, fire-pit are with seating, BBQ grill, a cozy front porch, swing seat, onsite parking, and keyless access.
There is plenty of space to accommodate guests wishing to bring recreational vehicles or boats to enjoy all of the outdoor activities Guntersville has to offer, including monthly bass tournaments on Lake Guntersville!
Stays 4 weeks or longer:
For longer stays (28+ nights), we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh and in great shape. This also applies if you decide to extend your trip to 4 weeks or more. We’ll coordinate the timing with you after booking.
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO.
