About this house rental
Exceptionally remodeled home with a in-ground pool that features 3 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths. The home sleeps 6-7 people comfortably, and is equipped with Wifi, Office desk/monitor/printer, Central heat and Air-conditioning, 3 smart TVs, Alexa/Sonos smart speaker, fireplace, washer and dryer. The Kitchen is perfect for entertaining featuring both a large breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a large gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and the core kitchen essentials. Master bedroom has a King bed, guest room #1 has a queen bed, and guestroom #2 offers both a twin and full bed. A private back yard with a pool, Propane BBQ, firepit, patio furniture, and Bluetooth outdoor speakers. The driveway can accommodate 2/3 cars, and boat parking is available at the bottom of the driveway. Location location location. There are 3 boat launches within a few miles, two grocery stores within a mile. Located close to downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, and you're walking distance to the scenic sunset trail and sunset beach. Pool is open from late April to September, depending on weather. note exterior (only) xameras are on the front and back of property.

Accommodations were good. Pool was great. Had a little trouble with the door getting in but all in all was just what we needed

When we first arrived, nothing opened or worked as the email said it would. It took us a while to get into the house and into the pool. None of the beds had sheets nor blankets on them, the laundry room was piled with laundry when we arrived. There was a huge pile of garbage in the walkway as you entered the back door. They housekeeper had to be called back out to the house.
The kitchen counter chairs are very wobbly as my daughter fell out of one and needed stitches, we spent the last night of our vacation at the emergency room and was not able to clean and we're charged $250 for something I had no control over. We even paid for the extra accidental insurance at the time of booking but it didn't matter, so I'd suggest saving that money.
The owner accused me of having one more kid than what was on the agreement yet our agreement clearly stated 4 children.
We have a special needs child and was degraded for it.
If you use the pool and the cleaners come, GET OUT OF THE POOL, even if the cleaners say it's okay. NO IT'S NOT. You will be blamed for turning them away even if you offer to get out.
A week or two before our vacation started we paid for an extra night and the owner didn't write it down or either forgot.
The owners don't seem kid friendly, and the housekeeping is lazy but we were blamed for that as well.
The home is in a nice spot, easy to find. It was neutral for my family to come and visit.
