Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
- Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles
- While we love dogs, we kindly ask that they stay off all beds and furniture. Any additional cleaning fees resulting from pet-related messes will be charged to the guest.

To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed the rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification

The cabin is on a residential subdivision and is not on the water as the photos imply The neighbors are close enough to touch and the water is through the woods and the path is overgrown. This was entirely too expensive for the town where the cabin is located. We were disappointed
