Guntersville Getaway℠ is a single-level waterfront home of approximately 1,900 sq. ft. (owner estimate) with 3 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 9 guests. Lake Guntersville is a 67,900-acre Tennessee River reservoir known for bass fishing, boating, wildlife, and fishing tournament travel.

The layout works well for families, fishing crews, couples, and small groups. There are 2 queen bedrooms plus a bunk/twin room with 5 twin beds, an open living and dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, complimentary gigabit Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, books and games, and lake views from nearly every room. The home includes an expanded primary suite, updated kitchen and laundry room, granite counters, remodeled bathrooms, and a stone fireplace. Both bathrooms have double vanities and showers, and the spacious primary bathroom also includes a bathtub.

The lake setup is the reason many guests choose this property. The private boathouse has deep water year-round, a fully enclosed guest boat slip, electric lift, fish cleaning station with fresh water, 7-cubic-foot freezer, outlets for charging, and sturdy steps into the lake. Fish from the bank or pier, keep your boat on site, swim in the cove, or spend the evening on the deck or around the fire pit after a day on Lake Guntersville.

Outside, the roughly one-acre lakefront yard (owner estimate) gives guests room to spread out. Enjoy the lake-facing patio, charcoal fire pit/grill, Adirondack chairs, string lights, sunset views, and quiet wildlife watching. Bald eagles, osprey, great blue herons, ducks, turtles, and other lake life are frequent visitors. The cove setting feels private but is still convenient to Guntersville, Gunter's Landing, the Yacht Club area, downtown shops and restaurants, nearby golf courses and tennis facilities, marinas, ramps, Cathedral Caverns, Lake Guntersville State Park, and Huntsville day trips.

There is no tennis court or golf facility on the property. The home is single-level with no interior stairs. A gravel driveway leads to a gentle stone ramp and a small front-door threshold. Both showers have support rails, seats, and a raised tiled entry curb estimated at 3–4 inches. The smaller primary-bedroom shower has a hinged glass door. At the rear, a doorway threshold is followed by two steps down to the patio; one further step down leads from the patio to the walkway toward the boathouse.
