About this house rental
Our home with expansive windows offers a perfect view of Guntersville Lake. Located on the brow of the Cumberland Plateau, you’ll be able to see miles of Alabama’s largest man-made lake. Three decks offer plenty of fresh air and tranquility via cushioned lounger, hammock, and glider seating. You’ll want to enjoy the gas grill and picnic table as well. This peaceful setting will be one you won’t forget!
Three bedrooms all have queen-sized beds. Endulge yourself in the comfort of the tempurpedic mattress and pillows in the master bedroom. Each of the two bathrooms have two sinks and plenty of counter space. One bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the other has a jetted garden tub and separate full shower.
The great room provides plenty of room for watching tv or admiring the traffic on the lake. The smart tv will provide access to your Netflix account and more. Enhanced cable offers many favorite channels including sports channels. Should the weather turn cool, the gas fireplace will offer cozy warmth with one button start.
In the kitchen you’ll find all up-to-date appliances and granite countertops. The cabinets are well-stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, air fryer, griddle, and crockpot. Start your mornings off right with the Keurig Duo coffee maker, offering invidual cups as well as the option of making a full pot. Coffee, filters, and k-cups are provided. A separate dining room is also available for more formal dining.
We love the lake view, but the woodsy view of the front is also very enjoyable. There are rockers on the porch and extra outdoor chairs in the garage that can be used on the porch, decks, or around the fire pit.

While our property does not provide direct access to the lake, boat and jet ski rental and launch are only four miles away. Guntersville Lake has been consistently voted one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country. Bream and crappie fishing are also popular. There’s plenty to keep you busy!

The home is beautiful, something for everyone to do. The views of the lake were gorgeous. Plenty of supplies available for everyone. Beautiful property and outside decks for relaxing. Home very clean and plenty of supplies to tidy up before we left. Hope to return a third time in the future!

We stayed at this home with the "Million Dollar Lake View". It truly was a Million Dollar Lake View and it was amazing.!!! The house is not just a house, its a lovely home, that was clearly loved and taken care of over the years. We feel privileged to have been able to stay at their home.

The pictures online do not do justice to seeing it in person. Its quite,no traffic in a nice neighborhood. I could type alot more about it but i don't think it would describe it in full. If you like views & peace & quiet. This is THE place.
