Views of immense blue Colorado skies await at this three-story townhouse, wonderfully situated between Lake Granby and Shadow Mountain Lake. Angler, boating enthusiast, hiker, snowmobiler, or skier - year-round recreation is at your fingertips here.
This townhouse sits at the edge of a meadow just off Highway 34, a few blocks from the northern shores of Lake Granby. As the third largest body of water in Colorado, it's a great spot for boating, paddleboarding, and fishing for trout and kokanee salmon. Arapahoe National Recreation Area, Shadow Mountain National Recreation Area, and Shadow Mountain Lake are all within three miles. If you're looking to explore Rocky Mountain National Park, the west entrance is just 12 miles north.
Greet each morning outside on the second-floor balcony, where you can sit back with a mug of coffee and a view across the meadow and mountains. A second balcony adjoins the primary bedroom upstairs, offering a lovely spot for a glass of wine at sunset.
The main living area is a bright and open space, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen all warmed by a gas fireplace. Use stainless steel kitchen appliances to prepare hearty meals, and gather after dinner to stream movies on the sofa. Both upstairs bedrooms have smart TVs of their own; the third bedroom on the lower level shares its space with the washer/dryer.

The downstairs bedroom/laundry room has the lower level to itself, but it has a curtain instead of a door.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Home was spacious enough with family of 6. Nice, clean and neat. Our only trouble was finding it’s location but that was on us.

It was so nice to have a place where you can hang out when your not at the beach or site seeing, etc.. Also really enjoyed the ability to cook and have some meals out and some meal in. There were 5 of us and it is so much nicer then being on top of each other like you would in a hotel. Thanks for everything.

Link for directions shared by Vacasa is not accurate. It redirects to the same address on "Jerico Rd" which is just a completely different street.
As such, we got lost, and it was very difficult to contact anyone helpful. (We were able to talk to Vacasa support via chat, but they didn't really know where we were supposed to go either.)
Once we found the place, it was great. Good kitchen, nice setup for our family, close to Granby and Grand Lake.
I would recommend just linking to the GPS coordinates, and then the experience would have been great.
