About this house rental
Are you ready to relax at this comfy Grand Lake getaway? Only 1 mile to the town of Grand Lake less than 2 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom private home sleeps 8 and sits on almost an acre with King bed, Full bed and twin/twin bunks and a Queen size convertible sleeper sofa. Relax in the private hot tub after a long day of hiking or skiing and enjoy the millions of stars around the wood-burning firepit at night. The front deck is furnished with a gas grill and dining table for six (table is put in huge game room/garage for winter). Curl up by the cozy fire in the family room complete with a large smart TV, board games, toys, books and puzzles. Enjoy meals with ease in the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dedicated beverage fridge for happy hour convenience. Home includes WiFi and a washer/dryer. Enjoy ping pong and fooseball in our game room (not heated). STR permit #2200633.

This location had everything we needed for relaxation in between excursions to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed family time here, including roasting marshmallows outside in the firepit, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games from the cupboard and in the garage (ping pong, foosball). The kitchen had everything we needed and laundry was convenient. No complaints at all!
