'Penny' is a warm 3 bed/2 bath home in the Grand County. A short 30min drive to skiing. Close to the town of Grand Lake, this remodeled home offers an open concept living area with updated kitchen, hardwood flooring and views of Shadow Mountain Lake. The lower level has a wood fireplace, penny bar area and plenty of space for entertainment. The over-sized two-car garage offers plenty of room for outdoor toys and gear. Great place to stay! House was comfortable, with all amenities listed, plus some. Owner was responsive, and the location is convenient. Shops and eateries are less than10 minutes in Grand Lake or less than 20 in Granby. We skied at Winter Park during our stay, and the drive was around 40 minutes. Would love to come back during summer and will definitely stay at Penny again!

The property has a picture window and deck with a view of Shadow Mountain Lake and the mountain behind it. The kitchen was exceptionally well furnished. We had two questions during the stay and the owner responded quickly in both instances.

Very nice property! Quiet, private, clean. A very nice way to visit the Grand Lake area. Five minutes from the park! Highly recommended!
