Staff didn’t do room keeping even when I asked they were short staffed I guess I just asked for trash out and new towels and couldn’t do it I had to do it myself …

The location within walking distance to downtown Estes Park is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms have been updated and are very nice with nice beds and bedding. They have a nice, simple free breakfast in the morning.

Rooms were clean and warm despite very cold temperatures outside.
The description suggests there are two bedrooms and a living room. "This suite features 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms....". There is no living room. There are just the two bedrooms with a bathroom off the main bedroom. That doesn't meet the definition of a suite. Reception is not manned after 7pm. Our keys were left in an envelope but they forgot to leave the password for the wi-fi for us (so no WIFI was available). Property did not respond to their WhatsApp address after 7pm.
