We stayed for 2 nights over the 4th of July and it was the cheapest room we could find that fit our 5-person family in that location. We did book a 4-person room and they did not have a cot available so one of the kids slept on the floor. It is not the cleanest hotel, meaning the carpet was not exactly freshly vacuumed but we got extra blankets from the front desk to lay down. It was a fantastic location to walk to fireworks and only minutes away from the Rocky Mountains NP entrances. Breakfast is included but it’s the lowest value food you can find (prepackaged everything), so be prepared with your own breakfast if OJ/apple juice out of a soda machine isn’t for you. The pool was fine too, no frills but worked to keep the kids cooled in the summer. Overall, recommend as long as you know what you are getting.
