Great cabin, perfectly well equipped. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 and can easily accommodate more. Was very relaxing to sit on the front porch after a long days hiking in the Rockies. We were lucky to stay here.

Good location. The apartment was clean, the check in staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The lodge is a bit dated, but clean and accommodating. Would lodge here again.

The location was good, about a 10 minute drive from downtown Grand Lake. The living room was very spacious and the couch was comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and clean. There were plenty of extra pillows which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nice. Despite having very few photos of the listing and no photos of the bathroom or bedrooms, the space ended up being pretty nice overall.

I had chosen this property because it said it had a crib available and we were traveling with my 1 year old daughter. I put on the reservation that we would be needing a crib. I never got a response about that request. I tried calling the property owner leading up to our arrival and the phone would ring and go to voicemail (which was full, so I couldn’t leave a message). I tried emailing with no response either. After arrival, there was no crib at the property. Despite many attempts to contact the property owner, including texting, we did not receive a response until the following day. By that point we had scrambled and driven an hour to rent a crib so that we could have it when we needed it that night. We did end up asking for an extra box fan which she also did not really reply about or provide to us. There were a TON of spiders in the cabin, which I know is to be expected in an area like that, but they were everywhere. The cabin was pretty clean but there were definitely corners and baseboards with spiders webs and spiders that you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall our stay was fine and the value was good. The cabin had what we needed aside from the crib and an extra fan. But the communication with the owner left a lot to be desired.
