Sorry to make this so long, but this is what I sent to the renters.The back sliding door was unlocked and easy to opened when we first got there. And the front sliding patio doors either one where able to be locked just had a piece of wood that could block the door from sliding open. Only one of the doors had it blocked. The first thing the younger people in our group noticed right away was one of the scent plug-ins on the wall was making a high pitched sound that was piercing to their ears. We had to unplug it.We do understand that there are a lot of bugs and did see many of them especially on the ceiling in the dining room area for some reason. That is more of an observation than anything.It does seem that some of the house has been updated and looks pretty nice, but in the master bathroom, the large tub was awful! It was rusted and need repairs or replacing! Also the sink or shower in that room wasn’t looking good either.The secondary bathroom looked really nice and looked updated recently.The bedrooms were nice but cramped, we understood as a rental it’s more about having the ability to get more people in.The one bedroom though had a television that didn’t have the power cords to connect to it. That seemed a bit odd. We in the Master Bedroom weren’t using ours, so we moved i

The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were fairly comfortable. The primary bedroom was nice and cool but the other bedrooms were uncomfortably hot. Even with the AC turned down pretty low, it was uncomfortable to sleep, even with a fan that we brought with us. There was very little air coming out of the vents with the exception of the bathroom that is in the primary bedroom. That is our only complaint about the home.

The button the the privacy lock hits the wall and when you pull the door shut from the outside, it locks and you have to find a small screwdriver to get back in. Otherwise, the house was very nice. Island Club house 95 was spacious, but like other reviews pointed out, it did smell funny. They had a lot of air fresheners to cover it up but that didn’t necessarily help. We could stay there just fine, but if you’re sensitive to smell you might be unhappy here. Dryer wasn’t connected which we realized after starting it. Took two calls to get them to come fix it. Nice relatively quiet location. Pool was chilly but fun. Golf cart broke but they replaced it right away with no issues . No grill tools. Glad we brought grill tongs. No oven mitts. Floors were clean to the eye but left our feet and socks black so had to wear shoes the whole time inside. Loved the location of this cabin but would probably try to find one that didn’t smell if we came back.

The area was great. It did seem to be a younger crowd on the weekend we visited but, we met several of our neighbors and had so much fun. The home fit our needs. The drivers were great and showed up to pick us up in a timely manner. Will rent again.

After an hour or so, we noticed a back bedroom smelled as if someone had dedicated all over, the washer and dryer missed most of their knobs and a closet was locked with the light in inside. I get these cabins are used for mainly by those looking to party, but there is no way this should have been rented out in the condition it was in.

One bedroom smelled like dog maneuver, and the other room smelled like someone clean/skinned fish in it. The ceiling fan had thick layers of dust so it wasn’t possible to use it. The a/c stayed on 67 but the house temperature stayed at 75. The dryer start button was broken, had to use someone else dryer. The windows outside had piles of dead fish flies on them and the garbage can was full when we arrived so we had to use the neighbors trash can. Try reaching out to the manager, let’s say I’m still waiting for her call a week after our trip.

I've never been so grossed out by staying in a place before.
