Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have booked many vacations over the years. I booked this due to a college friend wanting to meet us there. For the price and the inconvenience of having to bring linens and bed linens, this place is not worth the price. The cabin is average at best, the wi-fi sucks and the beds were hard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at the Island Club and we couldn’t recommend it enough. It is very family friendly, but would also be the perfect spot for an adult trip too. Our kids loved spending their time at the pool, exploring the grounds and riding around in the golf cart. We feel that this is the perfect spot to stay on the island, as it’s secluded from town but a short enough good cart distance away. We did run into some hiccups on this trip, such as our golf cart malfunctioning in the middle of town, but the management was quick to fix this problem and accommodate us. We can’t wait to come back again next year & make more memories at the bay.

In fact it's a peaceful spot right by the pool. no neighbors really.. shady backside. Clean..has everything you need except bed sheets towel and washcloths..but it can if you spend a little extra. It's a great spot#27..I have already booked again for next year (different location in the island club as I need more rooms) confidently. Island Club knows what they're doing..highly recommended.

I called in advance to ask about fish cleaning facilities and was told there would be a place there to do this. Once we arrived and came back with fish to clean, we called to ask the location and were told there is not a fish cleaning facility. We were disappointed as we would have brought a table ourselves to do this. We didn’t know there was certain hours for getting items from staff so were unable to get ice when we needed it, maybe have a self serve option?

We stayed here for a bachelorette and had a great time! The location is so good-literally steps from the pool! The porch had a grill which was easy to use and worked great. The only downsides were that the floors were pretty dirty- if we walked around barefoot our feet were very dirty. The stove/oven also didn’t work very well. When we had an issue the property manager came over right away and tried to help us but it just didn’t work (the oven mostly). Overall, it was a great stay and I’d go back. The subdivision is one big party and we loved that!

The house was clean and spacious, and check-in was a breeze! The Island club taxi driver Zach gave us his personal number as soon as we got off the ferry and was always readily available. Close to the pool and just a short drive to downtown. 10/10 recommend!
