Would only recommend for a bachelor/bachelorette party’s

Location is far enough away from downtown you can get away from the party traffic and noise.

Parking, not enough spaces to allow more than 1-2 vehicles. While the stay on the island was enjoyable, the house had uncomfortable beds, no tvs in the bedrooms. Had a mold smell, noticing the MDF trim was swelled from moisture. They charge a damage fee, the house had damage all over it from, cracked flooring, hole punched into the wall in the master, dresser doors not properly installed, fridge shelf’s on the door broken (etc) the list of damage could go on. Cleanliness, my daughter found inappropriate male genitalia confetti on the floor, Jacuzzi tub also seemed dirty and the jets didn’t work.

Quiet and good location

To be candid, the lodging is poorly maintained and there are several things that should be fixed prior to the next stay. This includes: unpainted patch work on the walls, door hinges, removed trim on the doorway entrance, living, broken drawer in the kitchen, broken vegetable tray in the fridge, dirty kitchen ware. It was overall quite disappointing considering the overall cost and the additional fees (damage waiver, linens, taxi, golf cart fees).

It was fun but the units could use a little TLC.

The location is great. The pool was also a good time.

The backdoor to our unit wouldn't close correctly. The sky light in the bathroom was leaking when the storm came one evening. All of the decor on the walls were broken. The couch needed replaced, it was sat on one too many times.

The balcony and the quiet time hour after a certain time was very relaxing. Staff was very friendly.

The house was not cleaned. The bed covers were dirty. There were dead mayflies in the unit . Also the blinds were broken, the door knobs jammed, the refrigerator was unclean. Also the bathroom had a large hole in the wall.

Dog footprints on all floors and couches, leaking toilet, mold on bathroom blinds. Mold in doorway, no backdoor lock, no curtains.. all in all just horrible, smelled horrible. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Insect infiltration: I was called consistently to kill bugs by daughter and wife

Great location on the island

The bathroom toilet hadn't been flushed- upon flushing, it overflowed waste flowing all over the bathroom floor from the previous renter!!! upon calling the number for help a pickup and hang up continue FOR 10 minutes before the office closed. after that we got a voicemail saying that the office was closed.. the unit was not sealed well openings at door half-inch cracks around well and kitchen window allow bugs to come in from outside The bugs entering the cabin were called love bugs they were attracted to light. we are used to bugs being attracted to light but not inside your living facility!! The sliding door on the front side had a half-inch crack at the bottom of the sliding glass doors on the front side of the cabin would not close. also dead bugs on top of the stove.

The place wasn’t clean and you had set rules but the 700 collage kids that stayed the same weekend was crazy and loud all hours of the night will not stay there again my sister find a pair and cooking tongs in the couch glass under the couch very poor cleaning skills
