Notified owners of ceiling fan light now workijg when we arrived. Was told they would fix, but never did. Also, the sky light in bathroom off living room has mold all over it. Needs replacing

With some of the trees removed it was much easier to maneuver my boat this year. The cabin could use a few more pots and pans.

This rental was perfectly laid out for us to gather in the large open kitchen & living room.The 6 beds were comfortable & gave each of my 5 sisters & myself our own bed!Just a 10 minute golf cart ride to downtown restaurants & shops! Very nice, clean home.Exceptional service from management addressing any requests promptly & gladly!Thankful I chose Island Club Rentals on Put-in-Bay!

The rental was as described and the kitchen and living room area, were perfect and clean. The porch areas could have been a little cleaner (cobwebs brushed away), especially at the entrance to the rental. The bathrooms are very outdated and was not very clean. Customer service was outstanding and when our coffee pot did not work properly another one was brought within 5 minutes.

The only issue is with the cell service on the property. I have Verizon 5G but rarely could make a phone call which was frustrating when trying to reach family members that we not at the house. I don't know what the property can do about that though.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been staying at Island Club for about 20 years now. Our Cabin this year was nice and accommodated our 3 person group well. Parking as always can be somewhat challening. Turn arounds aren't quite big enough for vehicle with boats on them. We try to rent cabins with this in mind. I had to back down the road about 40 yards but worked when not everybody was off the lake. Our major frustration this year was not having any notification that they would be removing tree during our stay. We we're unable to parking in our normal place and everybody was highly effected by this issue. It would have been nice to have notice and a plan for where people could park their boats and vehicles. the noise and sawdust was terrible. Again with notice people could have made arrangements to stay away during the time this was going on. The men picking up the fish guts did a nice job. So nice we gave them a tip because of the job they did. The Island again showed that it doesn't put any priority on the fisherman! Parking at the landing was challenging again to say the least! It was haed to use the decks because they hadn't been blown off.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to the Bay and staying in house 104 for years. We took a break last year and upon our return this year, we were disappointed. The furniture in the living room is very worn. We made make shift covers out of bed linens, just to feel comfortable. Walking barefoot inside was almost impossible due to the floor being dirty. There were missing or broken towel bars or hooks in the bathroom and toilet paper holders. The prior guests toiletries were left in the shower. There was debris, including cigarette AND cigar butts left around the front yard and deck and even “adult” bachelorette decorations strewn around the front yard. While we will be back for our annual girls trip and will stay at the Island Club, we will be looking for an AirBnb rental as they are better taken care of.

It was nice to have a place to ourselves to return to at night. Our neighbors were all outside which was nice! We surprisingly loved the pool on the grounds. We could easily walk to the pool and back which was nice and convenient! Every person in our rental stated they would only stay in at Island Club Rentals if they returned!

While the location and layout of the property were fine, it was in the worst condition of any property we have ever rented through VRBO. The vinyl on the furniture was completely worn. The sliders lacked screens. The toilet paper holder in the master bath was useless as it didn't have rod. There was only one stopper for two sinks and two tubs. The fan and the master bath didn't work. etc, etc. Just a generally run down property.

This property was comfortable for us - 4 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 3. Large kitchen and plenty of space in the living room for them to play. Nice community pool. Quiet area. This property has been well-used and could use a refresh, a little TLC. Living room couches are getting worn. Vent covers are getting rusty. Otherwise, very comfortable. We would stay here again. We did not communicate with the property manager, but had to select a rating, which is N/A, not applicable to our stay.

The property was relatively quiet. We prefer to travel Sunday thru Thursday. Put in Bay was more crowded than expected, but fun. The gas grill was very nice. The bedrooms are small, but manageable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. Loved having a washer and dryer! We noticed the hallway bathroom register was dented in, like maybe someone stepped on it? The air conditioner worked just fine though. The backyard we had was wooded and quiet. The front porch was very nice. The houses all seemed to need an upgrade? New siding, paint, etc? The inside was pretty much updated though.

The property overall was in good shape. It’s a little dated and in need of minor TLC but nothing that really takes away from the experience. The location is farther away from the party area but since it’s a cheaper option, it still attracts some partiers. Someone was shooting fireworks after 11pm but I feel like that’s more of a one off situation. That’s not really a reflection of the property owners. Only opportunity I had with customer service is we had a dead bird on the property that wasn’t removed after requesting it to be removed. I can say we had a good experience and if we were to ever come back to Put-in-Bay, this place would be on the list of places to rent from.
