Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Would be a five star review except that it smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke. In conjunction with the humidity, it created a very unpleasant experience in the condo. It gave the place a very musty feel, and it gave me a headache. Also, the walls and ceiling are super thin so you can hear everything happening outside and every step from the neighbors upstairs.Otherwise, the overall experience was good. Everything needed was provided, the bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. I didn’t use the washer or dryer or the deck outside, so I can’t review those aspects. Check in and check out were easy, though the cleaner did arrive about ten minutes early and entered the property while I was doing my last sweep through the place to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind.

Was very cozy and nice. Very clean when we first arrived the area is quiet which we enjoyed and appreciated. Everything about the area and place was perfect for our stay :)
