With beach chairs and a boogie board provided, you're practically all set for a beach day before you even arrive. The rental's spacious interior has everything you need back at the home base on your next vacation. The furnished balcony is the ideal place to start your day with a leisurely cup of coffee. The recently-updated full kitchen has everything you need to prepare three squares per day if you prefer homecooked meals. The dining table seats four for family dinners, and the four-seater breakfast bar is a great place to perch while you grab a quick snack or drink. In the warmer months, you'll be grateful for the partial AC and ceiling fans keeping you comfortable.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Spent the weekend here with my daughter - everything was great! It was quiet and relaxing, the condo was clean, the pool was sparkling. The location was out of the craziness, but an easy walking distance to restaurants, beach, and tourist-y activities. Whole process was simple and easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Renting the property was easy peasy. We arrived after dark and that made it a little tricky to find the building and unit. That was not explicit in the directions. Stains on the dinning chairs and dust on the coffee table a s other furniture could have been handled better. The bed was a bit firm, but we managed to sleep and that was a win. For in season last minute, I was pleased.

The area was very quiet and people in neighborhood was very friendly. Everyone was very welcoming. There are times when you rent homes and the beds aren’t comfortable. My husband and myself slept comfortably on the bed. My husband even raved about how he got such a nice sleep on the bed the next morning. Being able to get in the pool at the facility was a plus also.

When we arrived, the place was so clean! You could walk or drive to the beach but if you drove there was free parking. We had ample parking at the condo. They supplied all linens and even paper towels and toiletries. I would definitely go back!!
