Ocean City Townhome by Beach Bayside

Very nice, the communication was great. The access to apartment was great and easy. Good WiFi. Great parking. Very clean apartment.

The beds in the twin bedroom need a mattress topper or mattress pad. And another pillow with pillow case on each bed in addition to the sham.

The contact person Jane was very kind and courteous and helpful. She was flexible when she could be. The check in and check out were effortless, as opposed to other Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed at in Ocean City where you have to make an extra trip to an offsite office to get keys. North Ocean City is quieter and more like suburban America while being close to the ocean and bay and all that Ocean City has to offer south of the property, as well as just being minutes from Fenwick Island, and not far from all parts of Bethany Beach. The drive to Dewey/Rehoboth/Lewes is much faster than staying in downtown Ocean City. Any past problem with the water heater has been resolved, plenty of hot water. No problem with the downstairs neighbor, not a peep. The kitchen had everything one may need when we get away, and there’s also a washer and dryer; they’ve thought of everything! I slept well on the firm king mattress, and the 2nd bathroom is great with multiple guests. The deck out front is large, plenty of room for multiple guests. The television is on a circular pivotal base so great for watching at different angles in the living room or kitchen. Plenty of extra blankets and sufficient number of towels. It was a great stay at an absolutely great off season price per night. 2 nights somewhere else becomes 4-5 nights at this property. Thank you Jane! I WILL be returning sooner than later. I live in Washington DC and the drive is definitely worth it!

Needed one more television in the master bedroom. There’s only one, in the living room.
