This well loved and cared for charmer brings great reviews and gets better every year! Located on the top floor, this unique coastal cottage style condo in quiet North Ocean City, near Fenwick Island, is recently updated with a modern kitchen and bath. Walk to the beach, the famous Harpoon Hannas Restaurant, Mini-Golf, and more. Relax inside in the bright, spacious living room or lounge on the balcony. Perfect for a small family to have a wonderful beach vacation.
Steps are being taken to assure your safety. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your stay.
***Please Note: Someone 25 years or older must sign the rental agreement and be staying at the property for the duration of the rental***
There are no linens provided. You will need to use your own sheets and pillowcases or there is a linen rental at 78th street called Ocean City Linen Rental.
There are 2 parking spots available in the parking lot between the buildings.
There is a coin operated washer and dryer on site.

Really loved our week here. Would definitely book again. Quiet neighborhood, but so close to some really nice restaurants, shops, mini-golf, waterpark, etc.
The condo is really cute — contemporary modern beach decor and plenty of room for a couple or a small families. Open floor plan, great updated kitchen with dishwasher. Comfortable large living area. Bedrooms were a nice size, and bed was comfy. A/Cs kept the place nice and chilly inside during a super hot week. Book it— you won’t regret it!

We had a little trouble with the front door and owner reacted quickly to resolve. The place is cute, in nice location, and neighbors were quiet.

There are many positive things about this rental. From the start, the owner gets back to one very quickly, always a helpful thing. This second-floor rental is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (1/2 to 3/4 mile) of the beach, restaurants, an excellent public bus service, and other attractions. It was hot and muggy when we were there; the air conditioners work well, as do kitchen appliances.
It's apparent the apartment has seen heavy use. If you cook, you may find some kitchen necessities lacking; cleaning missed a few things here and there; and the beds' mattresses showed their age.
But it's a cheerful apartment and worked very well for a week at the beach!

Great spot for a week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Neighbors are friendly, quiet neighborhood and easy bike to the beach.
