A Sun room in the back of the house provides additional privacy and a queen sofa bed for sleeping. All beds are queen size. A washer/dryer are conveniently located on the second level; cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. The house is equipped with four TVs, 4 DVD players and even a VCR for your pleasure--there is a Bose Stereo system in LR, too. Games in the unit are available to occupy everyone. Only a short drive or bike trip to the beach, and then return for a dip in the community pool. Bring a chair to the pool and you can sun bath on site without the sand!. Within walking distance of fine dining at Catch 54 and the well-known Harpoon Hanna's restaurants. Or, relax at the Zen Spa or enjoy coffee or a light snack at the Route 54 Internet Cafe. And, the house is equipped with wireless Internet for your computing. The Bethany Beach Boardwalk is 12 minutes away and North Ocean City is but one mile away. Fenwick Island is just one mile away and there is ample tax free shopping and eating--Fenwick has a mini-Boardwalk with golf, water park and other eateries. The night life of Ocean City is so close, but you can come at night to the quiet and relaxation at Portofino. You'll never know you're even at the beach, but it's all there for you, if you want it. There is a community pier for fishing, crabbing or just watching the wildlife or boats riding up and down the Fenwick Ditch.
