The full kitchen is equipped to easily handle home cooking, while a plush sofa and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Mounted mini-split air-conditioners are equipped throughout each room of the house. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. We had a few issues, but overall the house was exactly what we needed! Perfect location, quiet and peaceful. Steps away from both the beach and the bus! Perfect for a small family getaway with all the comforts of home at your fingertips.

This house suited us perfectly! It’s rare to find a home so close to the beach, but also residential enough that the street is so peaceful. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Good location on the north end, easy beach access, and the place has all the amenities you look for. Everything you need for a beach trip has been accounted for. Vacasa also did a great job making sure everything was up to par, from pre-trip to post.

Overall we had a nice stay but had a couple issues. The upstairs bathroom was dingy/not updated, stains in the shower, and had ants. There are beach chairs and gear available for use but don’t ask the property management company because they were not helpful. We liked the location - it was quiet and peaceful.
